I recently noticed that when I press the voice command button on my steering wheel it takes multiple presses to activate and sometimes it doesn't activate at all. I am taking my car in for service later this month but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that and if so what is the fix. I use that command as much as possible to avoid distracted driving .Our Province just announced that using the cellphone without blue tooth will cost $1,000 fine and umpteen points on your DL which impacts insurance rates .dialing on my blue tooth might be considered distracted driving :cry

I found the voice recognition on both my '15 Cadenza and the wife's '17 Sportage SX to be abysmal. And we speak English, without any regional accent. Gave up and just use the "favorites" button to call the wife or kids. Love almost everything about the car but voice recognition is not one of them.
