I think Kia has them because I remember back when I owned an Optima it came with one . I would first call a local Kia dealer parts department to find out so the match is pretty close to exact especially white

I used Dr. Colorchip for a bunch of chips on my front end, its not quite flush but it should be adequate to prevent any rusting. Unfortunately the prior owners of my car seemed to drive on gravel roads or something as the front end looks like a rock magnet.

You can find the OEM Kia touch up paint on https://www.kiapartsnow.com/ really easily. Just enter your vehicle model information on the home page and type in touch up paint in the search bar feature to find the results. I've been ordering OE Kia parts from this site and they are legit.
