Sorry but the language in your center small display must be reset by the service department at your dealership.
You can only change the language for the navigation system, as a user setting

Even if they are in Korean they are in the same position as these to change to English.
Looks like the Korean model head unit could not be changed to English .
Have to take it to a dealer to find out
