STRUT MOUNT ASSEMBLY

Please Help!
I drove right into crater sized pothole and blew the front driver tire and bubbled the back tire. So I replaced the tires and I can hear a dull thud when I turn the wheel (sometimes) BUT anytime I hit a bump something metal is clanging. A shop says it’s the strut mount. They also say that it’s better to replace the entire strut assembly. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THESE PARTS? They say they cannot get them. Please help.
