Firsts 3 things that comes to my mind:
• Check for the PDI fuse or switch and make sure it's in the "on" position (Located in the driver's fuse pannel)
• Check for a bad fuse behind the unit or in the fuse pannel (maybe)
• Check for a faulty connection between the memory perm 12v wire and battery voltage
