Wasn't someone ripping the site not too long ago before it went free? And has anyone called our Premium Care and telling them it says free in our manual and ask for access to the site? Someone even said that in the 2015 manual it still says it's free.

and it says it in the K900 manual.
I've called , was told we can change anything we want, when ever we want.
They have always been really good at the cadenza line, but not about this.
If enough people had complained they might have done something.

I think I'd rather spend $20 for a month, rip the site, and cancel my subscription.

Just because they "can" change anything whenever they want, doesn't mean they should... Silly KIA.

If one were to subscribe for a month, is the Service Manual in a PDF format and or easy to download? Any restrictions?

I rip'd what I could before they started charging for the site. Unfortunately there is no content that can be directly downloaded. I had to save the manual as either images or .xps files. And there is no table of contents.

That said, I can share what I downloaded via Google docs. PM me your email address and I'll share it with you via Google docs.
