While tinkering with NAV I noticed the "Picture Frame" feature which can display a jpeg image (or text) that is stored in "USB Image". Displaying this requires that the AV is turned off with a long press on the Power/Vol knob

Anyone using this feature? For what purpose (aside from the obvious photo display) ? Seems like a neat info display opportunity -- but I'm not sure what/how/why.

Never have used it , probably never will. I mounted a tablet in my car so I'm hardly ever using the touch screen anymore

I have one of the pics of my car as the frame and when I take it to the dealer I turn the system off so it shows it, haha!

Aside from photographs I'm sure there is a vital use for this feature (important data, special instructions, todo lists, etc). I just haven't figured it out yet.

I used it once or twice; seems to require that the USB source is connected to work even though it allows storage. I would like find a way to have it default on; so I can post a picture of my "horse".
