Happy new year everyone, I was coming back from work ( about 01:30hours ) driving to home. When I was parking I’ve heard funny noise and I shut of the car then I’ve heard the sound again ( just I make movement in car ) then I started to shake the car and I heard a splash. When I’ve gotten out of car I saw huge pool of coolant. Then I tracked that coolant to the entrance of garage and all the way to street and goes on ! Waited 2 hours to cool down and opened tap of the radiator. There was some coolant is missing obviously but I when I added coolant and started the engine it seemed didn’t had leaked much. I have new rebuild engine,
It been 1500kms and had an oil change 500kms ago. Car made same acting before blowing up an engine.

I had this happen when I flushed the coolant out the first time. My mistake was I had overfilled the coolant reservoir. The coolant in the reservoir must be between the F (MAX) and L (MIN) lines when the engine is cool. I topped off my reservoir to the F (MAX) line when my engine was hot, and it spit out a bit of coolant the next time I started my car (30 mins later)
This sounds like something different however, since you had your engine rebuilt.
I would definitely take it back to the shop that rebuilt your engine.

Howdy! Have you replaced the thermostat and did it fixed the issue?
Hey dreck, sorry for late answer didn’t got any mails from forum. I’m still running without thermostat. Cuz I still didn’t had a chance to find one. I’ve got few different brands but they doesn’t open on boiling water as well it requires way high pressure to open. Until I get one that I can activate with my hand or hot water I’m gonna be running without thermostat
