Hey Everyone. My name is Josh, I am from Pittsburgh, Pa. I just picked up a 2014 Cadenza on Saturday. I am moving up from a 2010 Suzuki Kizashi. I loved the car. I was really bummed that they decided to leave the US. It really affected my cars resale value. Oh Well. I purchased my Cadenza as a very lightly used CPO from Jim Shorkey Kia in Uniontown, Pa. I looked at several brand new ones and mine has both the Tech and Luxury package. It was only 1000 more than the brand new (discounted) base model and it only had 1400 miles on it. The overall sales experience was good. I am extremely happy with the car. I was looking at several luxury brands and this car for the money was the way to go. I could never have afforded this many options in one of those. I just ordered a set of All weather mats from Amazon. I also plan on Opti-Coating the car before the snow starts to fly.

Love the Bronze, welcome to the forums! I debated Opti-Coat as well, but decided to use Opti-Seal, as I find spending timing detailing my car is therapeutic. Opti-Coat would have reduced some therapy time.

Welcome to the forums. I've had mine about 2 months and I'm loving it. I know you will, too. Do you have the white interior? I like it a lot but my wife said no. Mine is white with the gray interior.

Thanks for the nice comments. Mine does have the two way heated and no ventilation on the passenger seat. A bit of a bummer, but coming from no heated seats in the Kizashi, I am ok with it. Plus I always drive..lol Mine does have the white interior. We have no kids and I am a bit of a neat freak with my car so hopefully I will not regret it. I had a Saab 9-3 a several years ago with a parchment interior and it held up very well.

Well when I was having my repair on my roof done last week, the tech was saying if you have a limited and if it either says on the sticker that theres a cooled seat or if its the early production model of the KIA then he said they can switch the seats for free. Mine unfortunately didn't and I didn't want to pay. But just a thought.

WHAT!?!? Every person I've ever talked to about this (even Kia preferred line) say that there is nothing they can do about your passenger seat not being cooled. And I have the Premium... wonder why that's different and they only do it for the Limited :/

Ya. Unfortunately, he was saying that for the early production models some of the SXL's have cooled front seats or he said he could check by the vin. Its only possible those two ways since mine is just the tech, i couldn't. But anyone else have their sticker and see the mode of transport say "truck" instead of car?

That might sound confusing, but what i mean is the SXL of early generation are compatible with the cooling seats and can be adjusted with the cooling and heating seats. I had talked to the technician and also called consumer affairs as well and said that as well. Although I only care for the new 8-way passenger seats.
