Hello everyone, I?ve been wanting to add DRLs on my car. I own a 2014 Cadenza and I want to add them onto the car. I have found Fog Lights/ DRLs that I can use in place of the regular Fog Light itself, but I want the DRLs that are located in the headlight itself. I have noticed some Cadenza?s 2014 - 16 have these.. does anyone know of where I can go about to look for these? Also, the reflectors on th back side. I have also seen some Cadenza?s with their reflectors that actually light up (used as turn signal light with the original signal itself) and signal oncoming drivers from behind. Any info on this will greatly help me out, thank you.

None of the '14-'16 model US cars have DRLs. I think literally every other market in the world got them except for us, even the Cannuks. From what I've seen on the forum from over the years we would have to mod these out ourselves as well as splicing into the wiring and adding in our own resistors. While it CAN be done I think it's a massive pain in the *** and you have to know where you want to splice the wire in and a few other things. It would have to be somewhere that gets power even though the rest of the lights don't have power until they are switched on (then they're all on and what's the point of a DRL?). You also have to take out the light housing and modify it (as in cut into it) so that the lights will actually go from the back to the front (1 solid piece of plastic, no pass-thru right now). There should be several threads about this throughout the years, maybe do a search on DRLs here.

Welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately the Cadenza didnt come with DRLs. You'd have to purchase all new headlights and rewire into them when installing.

As for the reflectors are you looking for something like this??
