Has anyone actually called them and complained? I have recently had to call them due to an issue with the dealership I deal with (8th visit for same issue, no fix yet). I called them on Tuesday October 2nd, and they said they would call me back in 2-3 days. No one has called yet. Does anyone have a different number other than the one I called? (19494684800 )

Kia Preferred Customer Care line: 855-542-7733

This line is only for the Cadenza, K900, and now possibly Stinger. I believe this may only be the US line, but it may be for all NA. Hope this helps.

That Preferred line worked well for me a couple years ago. Had a problem with a leaking windshield, and the timing chain rattle at startup. Called the line to keep them informed, they stayed in touch often, and streamlined things for the dealership, went very smooth, much smoother then just letting the dealership handle it.

I have used them twice. First time was right after I bought the car new and asked for a free map update. They sent one no questions asked. Called them this week due to a head unit failure, just out of the 36k mile warranty for audio system (car has 40500 on the clock). This time they offered to go in half on the replacement head unit. I declined, but they seem to be reasonable.
