KIA Certified Roadside Assistance

Just today, I received in the mail my KIA Certified Pre-Owned Membership Card. I bought the car two months and two days ago.

My question is, has anyone here taken advantage of their Roadside Assistance coverage? How did it work out for you?

The other thing I noticed is that towing is limited to $50.00 per incident. I would think that in this day and age we are looking at $150.00 minimum, but thankfully, I have no recent experience. Anybody?

If you pay out of pocket you'll pay $150, but if an insurance company is billed they have agreed upon rates. like health insurance. Most of the time the wrecker service won't bill you the difference, unless it's like a 50 mile tow, then you'll likely pay some overage.

Never used kia service, didn't even realize there was one. what's the contact info you have on the card, I'll like to get hold of them and get my card..
roadside assistance US only 1-855-454-2847 or 1-800-333-4542
Check page 8-9 in the manual, there are
even trip interruption a lot of things covered.
Like gas, jump start, locked out of car, change tire,
transportation if break down with a warranty issue
ad car can't be driven.
Don't know of anyone who has had to use it

What Gene said. The second number (800-333-4542) was the one printed on my card.
Check with the info they gave you when you got your car (I keep all of mine in my glove box), it should be a plastic sheet with like 1 or 2 ID sized cards and 2 keychain cards if I remember correctly.
Never used kia service, i would recommend you to use AAA roadside assistance, i am a towing truck driver at Rite Way Towing & Recovery so my recommendation is AAA.
