Hey Cadenza forum family, I am no longer an owner as I lost my 2015 in an accident (totaled). Considering I blacked out and don't know what happened, I do know that I and everyone else walked away with minor injuries. I was going to get a 2017 Cadenza, but I changed direction and got a 2018 Kia Sorento. That being said, I bid your all adieu.

Glad you all are OK! Looks like the safety systems did well for you, as that looks like one hell of a hit.

How do you like the Sorrento? Was close to getting one myself, and may still do so at some point.

The safety systems definitely did their job. So far, I'm loving the Sorento. It's basically an AWD version of the Cadenza with more room. Lol

I almost bought a Sorento, until I packed the kids in it at the dealer. 3rd row is tight all around. Ended up getting an Audi Q7 instead. Looked at Carnival & Telluride, but they were both scarce at the time, and very pricey. Got the Q7 used for a third its original price. Sorento's a lovely vehicle though.

Audi isn't a bad choice at all. I had an A6 until the exhaust couplers needed to be replaced. Every shop said a minimum of 10 hrs labor to replace 2 $125 parts. I said a sad goodbye that day. As far as my choice of the Sorento, I don't have the kids to worry about, so the 3rd row probably won't ever get used. It does however, give me the extra room to tote home improvement tools and such around. Definitely more than my previous Cadenza. I too was looking at the Telluride, but they were almost double the price of what I paid for the Sorento.

Wow! That's quite a lot of damage. I'm glad to see that the car's safety features saved you as that looks like it could have ended a lot lot worse... Love the look of your new Sorento. The tires really make the color pop.
