So I ran over a nice little ice/snow mound in the local grocery store parking lot and seem to have damaged the bottom fender lining right under the fog lights on both sides. The plastic is literally in two pieces now not attached to anything. Have anyone replaced this piece before seems like its one whole piece (per side) stemming from the bottom of the front bumper up both wheel wells.

I've replaced mine - something on the road came up and totally ripped that same area you are describing on one side. It is one whole piece that is the ENTIRE inner wheel fender liner.

I ordered from Kia Parts Now. A few days after I ordered there, they e-mailed me back and said they misquoted the shipping to me, and said it would be an additional $50 or so to ship. I cancelled that order. While I weighed my options to get it replaced, I lived with it for about 5 months (forgot about it really). Then I remebered, and for fun I tried to order again from Kiapartsnow - and I got it at the regular shipping rate.

If it's salvagable (mine was totally missing), I'd recommend you try and repair it yourself - I imagine some JB Weld or other epoxy could repair it well enough.

Thanks for the info Yooshaw yea ill see if I can make it work, if just dont want to use any JBweld for the broken part as its missing completely and I still would like to access the fog lights with ease when it comes time to replace those. Did you have to remove the entire bumper to replace?

My mom had a Kia Spectra, rode 2 miles on a flat (she was stupid, we've established that) anyway the ripped up front (believe it was the drivers side) tire tore down the plastic fender lining, and then pulled down a fat wiring harness, turned out to have every electronic thing known to man in that bundle. That flat cost the insurance about $5400 to repair...it was the craziest thing I have ever seen, didn't know all those wires would be running that close to the tire, and that there wasn't quick disconnects front and back of the area so they wouldn't have to remove the entire dash to reinstall the new Harness. Harness was like $800 by itself, the rest was all labor.

All my point is, if there's any wiring near the damage, replace the plastic shroud ASAP.

No bumper removal, I think I only jacked up the side and removed the wheel. Not too hard, but had to finesse it into place.

Think about it, when is a collision of any kind not a "stupid"? Gotta be carelessness on someone's part, and they pay out all the time. I actually suggested she contact the insurance company and file it as a claim, see where it goes. I'll be honest, I figured it could be denied, but was ready to fight for it either way. Was seriously nutz, I was the second person she called, when I got there she was just sitting in the middle of the road, and some neighbor friend of hers was there, he was lining up the truck to push it out of the road, I was like BULLSH!T yo, we don't need additional damage on the car, he seemed to think he wouldn't leave a mark. I tell ya though, pushing by hand it was a mother with all that wire wrapped around the tire...I'm telling ya, it's funny now thinking back on it...

Did you order yours yet? As luck would have it, my passenger side broke AGAIN during a road trip! Need to order a new one again - where did you end up purchasing?

It doesn't come with any. I bought a whole buch of them from Ali-Express last go round - super cheap. I'll see if I can find them again if your interested.
