For some reason all Kias (except the optima sxl) have different wiper blades in the us then in korea. In korea they get the nice hybrid flat blade wipers that use conventional blades with a plastic covering which makes the blade act as a structureless flat blade without the unwanted streaks. Many japanese car companies such as honda and toyota use these blades on their models in the us.
I have seen people with hyundai elantras who have switched the blades out to honda fit blades (which are strangely the same as the korean elantra blades) and they look so much nicer without looking aftermaket.
Since the azera and cadenza are sister vehicles, I bet that the hybrid blades which come on the azera are a quick swap to the cadenza and would make the world of difference in appearance. As the case is with the elantra it doesn't matter what the arm looks like so long as the blades are the same size. Check it out and the difference between the blades:
