Hey guys,

Long story short, after reading the forums here and over at the Cadenza forums, It seemed to me that Karbon Koncept is the best when it comes to buying your accessories, as limited as the market for our cars, I went ahead on the 3rd of may and bought:-


1 Kia 3.0 K Logo Emblems - Sets - K7 - Cadenza / Black / 3pc $39.95 USD
1 Kia Cadenza Complete Interior and Exterior LED Package - Stage 1 $259.95 USD

I texted Will back and forth about the shipping and since I'm not a resident of the US I told him wither I should put the address as my hometown or US, he suggested I go with the US, after paying $71 dollars to ship it to Kuwait I got the wrong order (AND ONLY THE LEDS, NO LOGOS!!!) and could only fit the license plate LEDs and the Front Fog and front map lights, so yeah the car from the inside had the white and yellow mule look, the trunk worked but it was not meant for it anyway so put it back again with the lot,the rest? not even matching the housing I suppose to put it in, so I opt to take it out and just go with only 2 pairs of the whole lot working for me.

And not only that, I still as of today after numerous messages with Will, he failed to provide me with a tracking number, as an business owner I was very patient with him as he might have started up and he was sorry, but I traveled and came back and the whole summer passed by and at this point I think I'll never get my shipment, it's been almost 4 months, I payed by Paypal but did not want to get his account to have a chance to be frozen.


So here I am, with only 2 pair of working LEDs out of the so many lights I had, I'm not really pissed about losing the 300 more than getting a crap out of deal and lacking professionalism, imagine me looking at an update on social media from Instagram from KK and I know those guys screwed my order big time, I might be the only one with this experience, I really hope so, but guys beware, this is just a heads up, I know I won't get my money neither my items anymore since I messages him a lot of times, Will, I'd be sorry that I posted this but you ignoring my clear messages of providing me with a Tracking number and giving me a straight answer led to this.

So An item missing and the rest of the order is just wrong.

I greatly appreciate you posting here. Not only does it help others to see that we make mistakes sometimes, but it also gives us an opportunity to publicly discuss what's happened, options going forward, and what we're doing to fix the situation.

First off, unfortunately, you fall into a great line of folks that are waiting for emblems to arrive. It's frustrating for everyone and I greatly understand. I don't blame ANYONE for being frustrated. We have been challenged in trying to respond to the 100+ emails a day and countless phone calls. For this reason alone we stopped accepting calls because we just plain can't keep up with everyone despite our messages and trying to keep people updated.

We have exchanged messages multiple times and I committed to you that I would send you replacements. Being that we originally shipped your order to a forwarding address in the US, you never paid us $71 for shipping. I feel that making this statement is a little misleading. Knowing what that forwarding service costs you now, we should have shipped directly for your order.

I am not 100% certain why so many products didn't work for your Cadenza to begin with. It's worth noting that I too have a Cadenza (one of the first 10 sold in the US) so my experience is personal and hands - on. I had shipped another identical order the day before yours with the exact same pieces and everything worked perfectly. Is there a difference between US spec and Kuwait? I'm not really sure but it certainly seems like it. The only part that I feel we legitimately made an error with was that the turn signals were red and not amber like they were supposed to be (if I'm remembering correctly. This was a mistake from our supplier as we never order red and I apologize for not having checked them prior to shipping) I never gave you a hard time and I stated that I was happy to replace them for you.

Now, as per our messages, we had shipped you a replacement set a few weeks after we got everything straightened out. Where they disappeared to, I only wish I knew.

As of this moment, I still have to send you K emblems. Please rest assured that they will be shipping to you as of this week. Additionally, I will re-ship the replacement LED's to you that I originally promised you that I would ship. There's no point in us spending an extra $40-50 to send extra items to you when I can ship it all at once. No matter how you want to argue that, that's the challenge in doing business overseas.

Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Hi Will,

I only posted here to get a response of you, I never claimed I paid you the $71 to ship it to me, I only stated that I paid the forwarding company, I apologize if it sounded otherwise.

second, when I provided you with the information regarding the LEDs, you told me that the supplier has mixed up my order with another one. I have attached a picture to you and sent it as soon as I got my shipment.

I can provide a long detailed with dates of the communication and conversation we had together, I might have talked to you once, or twice at best and I don't remember any of them after receiving my order, you told me a couple times to email the [email protected] rather than texting you, to get a fast responce, which I did, and always got a late response, or any response for that matter.

Also you told me that you've got the emblems weeks ago and was going to ship them (I have the proof to back that up) you also claimed that you have shipped them and I asked you more than once to provide me with a tracking number which you failed to do.

I never wanted to take this public and just doing it out of the frustration I had, plus I would never want this happening to someone else, $300 might not be a big number to me, but to a lot is a lot of swear or a combination with tears. I told you I don't mind if it is going to take a long time, but be honest and keep me up to date, which you again failed to do.

Again here I am, asking in-front of everyone to provide me with details regarding the 1LED package, 2the Logos, 3the return shipping label, if you cannot provide that I'd shipping them on my own cost, even though I should not but to show you that I appreciate honesty and money is not the first thing to me, it is the people I deal with, I choose KK because of the reputation It had, or else I could have just went ahead and ordered from eBay, but was I mistaken to support a young business like yours? I'd leave the answer to you.


All I'm asking, again is to provide me with the logos and the LEDS, I hope that you would ship them in a single package and send me the tracking number with the numerous contact details you have of me, I waited almost 4 months and I won't mind waiting another week, but If I don't receive the tracking number by 3rd of September you would leave me no option but to ask my bank for a charge back.
