I can't see to find anywhere how to dial the favorites from the touch screen. Have contacts marked as Fav's, but don't see anyway to dial them using the "favorites button" on the touch screen.

On the "Phone" screen, there is a button that says "favorites" under the dial-pad...

Press that, and your saved favorites will show. Then just press the desired one and it will be dialed.

Also, you have to "add" favorites to the "Favorites" screen for it to work. The favorites from your phone do not automatically pull in. Wish they did, but they don't...

To add a favorite...

From the Phone screen, press Contacts, Search by Name, Type in name to search for, press the circular "I" to the right of the name, then press Add as Favorite.

That contact will be added and available to dial from the "Favorites" button under the dial-pad.

Wch966 almost.
Once the contact is displayed, you have to hit "add favorite", then touch one of the numbers in the contact.

If you want 3 numbers from 1 contact, then you have to do it 3 times.

Yeah, its a SINGLE favorite number not a favorite contact with all numbers associated to it.
I have some people with 3 numbers, you only get 8 fav's. Which is 3 more than some systems.

Yeah your right, forgot bout that last part. It's a clumsy system indeed. My 2012 Sorento managed the favorites a bit better, plus I could have more than 8 total saved in it.

I tried it last night and it worked with no issues. Thanks for the info and I read the manual also to make sure I didn't miss anything. Now my wife can call from the passage side with no issues.

Is there a way of adding in a pause for a phone extension (ex 416-123-4567 ext 1234). I have an Android phone and my pause works on the phone but the pause does not transfer over to favourites menu. Any suggestions?
