What brand hids are yall buying and from who. I have bought mine from this brand for the past 3 years and only bulb type that fails mainly is ofcourse the d1s.
I have went through 3 sets and also bought 1 from karbon koncepts and that one also messed up. Now i have to turn my headlights on and off 5 times in order to turn my passenger side on. Any suggestions has anyone else have a problem.

I bought the OSRAM 66240 CBI's, went to the dealership and they installed them for $30. This was the first time that someone attempted to replace the HID's in our car at this dealership, so they didn't know what to charge. They are a perfect pure white and output a lot of light. Have had no issues with them at all.

Exact same bulbs with similar install story here. I bought the bulbs online from The Retrofit Source and the dealer quoted me $20 to install both. It was the first HID bulb install on a Cadenza my dealer had to do and it ended up taking them quite a bit longer than they originally estimated. They apologized for the long wait and told me it was "on the house". The CBI's provide better lighting than the stock bulbs and the color is more aligned with the rest of the front end lighting elements. I've had them in about 6 months now with no issues.
I agree with both of the members above. We carry both the standard HID D1S replacement bulbs as well as the OSRAM Xenarc CBI D1S Bulbs sold by The Retrofit Source.

These also come with a solid 2 year warranty should you have any issues down the line. These are the only set of aftermarket HID replacement bulbs on the market to maintain more lumen output with a higher kelvin rating at 5000k. Anything else out there will actually have less light output than stock.
