I just purchased a 2015 Kia Cadenza Premium. I already have heated seats and wondered if there is a way to add the ventilated seats as well? Same question for the electric rear window shade?

Not easily I think. Theoretically you could buy all the parts, to include the blower motor, ducting, wiring, harnesses, and new switches and install. And since the switches talk to the computer, you may have to get the dealer to activate the functions (I may be wrong on this). Honestly probably more trouble than it's worth, but anything is possible with enough money!

expensive! Could be done, but it might cost you more than trading this one in for one which has what you want.
That's how expensive the parts are, if you can find them.
Try getting the parts out of a wreck would be the cheapest way

You do not want to deal with the company who sells them. You can view it on Korean auto imports
under 2009-2013 models, I think it's about on the 3rd page.
K5 optima store might be able to order for you, but it might not fit and you
would still have to buy the switch's that fit your car.

Ya, having a pre-October '13 build my passenger seat isn't cooled I've asked Kia Preferred about it before but they won't do it for us :'(

Should have gotten at least the Premium with Lux....you're in a base model, they really screwed up in my opinion offering up a base with so few features.
