Headlight Bulb Replacement HELP!!!

I have a 2014 Kia Cadenza, they take the D1C HID Lights. They come stocked with 4300K (why? I’m not sure) and I bought new 6000K ones. I wanted to install them myself but not sure if the whole bumper has to come off or what. The back of the lights are reachable but the D1C HID Lights have chrome bracket around them.

Has anyone replaced or know how to replace this for this car yet?

The car is awesome by the way, got rid of my Cadillac CTS for it and Love it!!!!!!!

complying with laws isn't the issue, it's supposed to be a luxury vehicle. Most luxury vehicles have a higher Kelvin HID lights. Especially since the Cadenza has a big LED Strip inside the headlight that runs around 6000K, the look is thrown off with the yello 4300K lights.

I checked the manual and it states to remove the clip/socket connector and then pull the light but just a little scared to try and don't want to break it. Especially since I taken it to two places and they said I have to remove the bumper, but the manual doesn't state that. Thanks for your reply.

The bumper doesn't have to come off. Don't know where you purchased the bulbs but if you look at the Karbon Koncepts.com web site. You will see the bulbs come installed in an aluminum base. you reach them from under the hood on back of headlight. Unplug, turn and remove entire aluminum base, install new bulb.
not that hard
