I recently installed a dash cam system the other day, and had to pull some fuses to put in an add a fuse kit. I pulled 4 fuses, and all of them looked like the one in the picture.. Is this normal? The fuse itself isn't blown and everything in my car works, but this doesn't look very pretty..

Negative. I live in California, in the valley where it is dry and hot (100F + weather all the time)

It does look like a form of oxidation...the fuse inside the plastic looks to be100% intact, it's just the discoloration on the connectors you're referencing right? Next time you're in the dealership, would be worth asking them what they think, but me personally, I don't think it's a big deal...

If you have a wire brush maybe scritch it across the contacts a few times, make it look shinier.
