Free scheduled maintenance is ending?

Word from Dealer is that free scheduled maintenance (which equals 1st 5 oil changes) will be ending as of March 1st. Don't know status of current incentives for the month of March. Looks like I'll be buying my white w/ beige interior tomorrow!

When I bought mine the weekend before last I inquired about any kind of free scheduled maintenance and the salesman told me he didn't know anything about it. I thought I'd seen something about it on a commercial or something.
You are entitled to the 1st 5 service visits (as explained to me by a Kia customer service rep.) This usually refers to oil changes at 7,500 miles intervals - hence the coverage to 37,500 miles. Dino oil changes are usually only @$30 so we are not talking about alot of money here - approx. $150 give or take.

Since I plan on using synthetic, I don't know yet if I will get any credit at all.
Just got off the phone with the Kia Rep. The free maintenance also includes the 30,000 mile inspection. If you've recently purchased a Cadenza, I suggest you call the Kia "Preferred Customer Line" at 855-542-7733 and ask that the free maintenance be applied to your car.
Thank you for that because I only have 4k miles but the dealership service department has been sending me notes to come in. When I called up there, it didn't sound like it was a free service. Funny, I was coming here to ask the question to the board. Thanks for sharing this. I need to make the call to my quote unquote "preferred" customer service line and make sure I am covered.

The dealership around here didn't even know what a Cadenza was. However, they didn't charge me for the service. Overall I'm expecting a pretty miserable service life with this vehicle. Even at 2200 miles and my first oil change after 6 months, I'm pretty disappointed with the way it went down.
