When I bought mine the weekend before last I inquired about any kind of free scheduled maintenance and the salesman told me he didn't know anything about it. I thought I'd seen something about it on a commercial or something.
The dealership around here didn't even know what a Cadenza was. However, they didn't charge me for the service. Overall I'm expecting a pretty miserable service life with this vehicle. Even at 2200 miles and my first oil change after 6 months, I'm pretty disappointed with the way it went down.Thank you for that because I only have 4k miles but the dealership service department has been sending me notes to come in. When I called up there, it didn't sound like it was a free service. Funny, I was coming here to ask the question to the board. Thanks for sharing this. I need to make the call to my quote unquote "preferred" customer service line and make sure I am covered.
