First Wax

Florida weather encroaching and such. Pulled her in just the nic of time. Pretty easy to reach all the edges with a hand wax (Just keep the doors open to reach the center of the roof). A lot of small edges means don't cut your nails before you wax her boys. Also noticed that the roof trim peaces are actually painted with the body color of your car, pretty cool detail.

Looks good I want to wax man soon as I live in florida as we'll this sun is unbearable sometimes
I got my waxed a few months ago (washed, clayed, waxed) for $60. I was talking to my...detailer(?) and he showed me how to clay it and properly wax so I could do it on my own, was surprised he would. He did a pretty decent job but I think I can probably do the same if not better although I will probably take longer. It seems pretty cheap to be able to do this, I suggest anyone that wants to look it up online, could save yourself plenty of money. Just got it washed yesterday since I got it waxed (it needed it, looked slightly dusty) and it looks really nice still, even a month with no wash and now it's still super shiny.

Yeah claybar kits aren't too expensive (around $20), buy yourself some compound and polisher as well to get rid of any minor scratches. Then after that wax the baby to perfection :D
Few angles from my car from when I clayed/waxed back in October.

I personally use the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Total Concours Kit Wolfgang Deep Gloss Total Concours Kit FREE BONUS It's what made it look like it does above, mind you that was my first time doing it myself and only 1 coat of the paint sealant/wax. I also have another wax that I want to put over that which is an actual wax (Meguiars Ultimate Paste Wax) which from what I can tell isn't a carnuba wax but should look really nice and last longer (http://www.meguiars.com/en/automotive/products/g18211-ultimate-wax-paste/). Has anyone used the Meguiars Ultimate? I haven't had the chance yet and was curious. The Wolfgang takes about 12hrs to cure and shouldn't get wet in that time so it takes some planning.

For my seats I will use Armorall leather cleaner until that is out and then I'll probably use the Wolfgang for that. I use their leather conditioner which is quite nice. Not really greasy and a pleasant scent (in the bottle it almost smells like glazing that they put on top of donuts, after applied and set it has a nice mild leather smell) (Wolfgang Leather Care Conditioner Improved Formula)

The wolfgang stuff is expensive but seems to work really well. I will buy it again. I got mine on sell sometime last year (discount code for extra 15-20% off the red listed price). Hope this helps.

Holy cow! 12 hour cure time! That's nutz!
Ya but it's a paint sealant, lasts longer than a wax. There are other sealants you get and use that last longer but don't give the nicer wet look. This was only 1 coat, I wanted to do 2 but something came up, don't remember. It lasted probably a good 2-3 months (about 3 is average). Probably would've lasted a bit longer if I had put on a 2nd coat, even longer if I put the actual wax on over that.
How did you do the roof (sun roof). Did you clay that also? Do you wax it as well? Did you hand wax it or or use a DA machine? I'm about to do mine so sorry for all the questions.

Looks good!
Nice job; looks great! But can you send some of that rain to California

I did clay mine and and if I remember correctly, yes, I did put the sealant on it. I did it all by hand and it took me about 9 hours to do the whole car (quick automated wash at Mike's carwash [now Crew], clay, and 1 coat of sealant). I think I am getting a DA in a few weeks so that should make it more shiny and much, much quicker. I still plan to do 2 coats of sealant and then a wax.
Good to know. I just ordered about $150 worth of stuff. Microfiber towels from The Rag Company, several Meguiars polish and sealants, think instead of clay going with the NanoSkin, and some Lake Country pads. So I hope to keep the Cadenza clean and protected, not to mention the other cars we have.
