Feeling single in Portland, OR

I like the idea of setting up some regional threads. I have been driving my Cadenza for 2 months now and know for a fact there is at least 1 other Cadenza (black) roaming these Portland area roads. While I enjoy the exclusivity, it would be nice to see a few others rolling around.

I just spotted #3 while out to dinner tonight. Silver. Wow, sales are up! :)
Never thought to say anything after moving.. I'm up in Portland now... I see quite a few of them here now!
I currently have an Infiniti Q50S and I'm happy to be the only Q50 owner around these parts, especially the only one with RWD too.

One of the things that appealed to me about the Cadenza is how I see Impalas, Tauruses, Avalons, Lacrosses, on a weekly basis but the Cadenza is never to be found! As a person, I consider myself one in a million and so, I like to drive a car that fits my mold. :)
Ragg - I definitely see more now than I did about 2 years ago. There's another Snow White Pearl in my area that I see from time to time which is kinda cool.
I'm in Napa, CA and feel like I have the only one on the planet!
My neighbor bought a White Cadenza after seeing mine, and a kid down the street got his parents to buy one and they let him drive it, he comes by every now to see what I have done to mine and keeps telling me he is going to "swap the motor to a V8 from a K900"... I just let him ramble.

Hahaha I love this
He forgets the cadenza is a front wheel drive car with a transaxle. K900 is a rear axle separate transmission
and. will not fit the transaxle and will not even fit in the cadenza the way it is configured.
Nice dream I'll give him that.
better way would be to get hold of the kia turbo's for the 3.3 or after market turbo.
Lots of money
I am curious.... How does the Q50S compare to the Cadenza?

I haven't driven the Cadenza yet but I'm dying to. I'm in no rush since I'm still 5-6 months away before I have to give up my Q50S but I'm like 80%+ sure that a CPO 2014 or used 2015 Cadenza will take its place.

See my Q50S attached.

The Q50S is a much more traditional compact, mid luxury sport sedan. It's smaller than the Cadenza but it's actually heavier.

The Q50S is a lot faster but it's much more expensive option for option.

Fuel economy is a bit of a wash. The Q50 is a little better on fuel but it uses premium.

The Q50S is RWD biased and also has an AWD option.

While the power in the Infiniti is incredible and everything, it's almost more than I really have an opportunity to use. While the car looks gorgeous as well, it almost draws too much attention to itself. I think the Cadenza has much more value for what you get. Lastly, since I love to go on road trips and I do plenty of country driving, I would like to have a softer cruiser car but still maintain more of the premium and luxury amenities as well.

I enjoy a bit of that "oh what's that car" vibe.

I've seen....4? since October 2015 and one 1 or 2 K900's - and I'm in the DC metro area - pretty heavily dense populated area.
I've seen only one K900 and probably around 7 Cadenzas total since 2014 lol
I have seen two K900s, one is driven by the dealer owner, and the other by his wife... lol.

Apparently there has been one sold in the area, but that person lives in a part of town I don't frequent due to PITA cops.
Just found this forum. Have a new 2016 SXL, loaded. Went in to buy a used Premium, but was too late. However, I've seen some on the streets out here in Washington County, and in East PDX. What a nice ride. Everyone loves me to take them for a ride.
Can't believe it took me this long to get one!
Have seen a few K900's, as well - but it's still like finding a leprechaun or unicorn. This I find good.
