Damaged key fob

New to the forum, hope I'm posting in the right section. I dropped my key fob about 3 feet onto a ceramic tile floor and now the lock button won't work even though the other buttons do. Is this fixable? Thanks for your help!

Maybe, maybe not. Either take it to a key shop to see if they can help, or open it up yourself and check inspect for any damage. Good luck!

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear that one of the remotes got damaged.

We sell the replacement ones on our site, however we are currently on backorder for them.

any idea when they will be back in stock? my wife got over zealous and ordered one from Ebay that turned out to be a KDM one and isn't fully functional and the dealers wants to charge us a ton for the key and the programming.

Yeah unfortunately you cannot purchase them from eBay from Korea as they are not compatible on US models. At this time we do not have an ETA but are hoping to get them back in stock here soon.
