I created a boot screen luxury package image to replace the KIA Logo on start up for the LCD Screen. Feel free to use it if you like! The photo is actually my car . The only time the original Picture Frame KIA Logo image shows is when the System Needs to full restart or if you have disconnected the battery, that is the main problem so it won't show all the time.

Preview:

Use attachment for full resolution.

To replace it, plug in your flash drive, go to MEDIA > USB IMAGE > MENU > SAVE IMAGE. Then press SETTINGS GEAR BUTTON on DASH > SETTINGS > PICTURE FRAME > BROWSE > Select your image of choice.

Just thought I would share, any other ideas let me know!

Next to the route button where all the audio, map etc. Buttones are. The middle dash. Has an i and gear icon

I created another image if you would like to use it. I found out too, to manually display the image all the time, if you hold down the AUDIO KNOB until the Touchscreen completely turns off, it will display the image the whole time until you press the knob in again. Of course it will kill all audio etc.....

Thanks! I still need to work on getting the correct image processing for the screen, the letters are not appearing as sharp as it should when you upload to the car, so when I get more time i need to get it perfected. It also might be an issue when the care saves, possible a loseless compression is having degrading the image quality so I just have to do some more testing.

Thanks for the instructions on how to change the start up screen image. I did what you instructed and the image is loaded in, but I never see it on start up. In fact after I hit the yes button on the screen waring I never see any KIA image or the one I loaded in.

Can you assist please.

Yeah it doesn't show on start-up unfortunately, as i thought i think, the only way that you will see the image again on the screen is if you turn off the UVO System by holding the knob down.
