Careful with car washes (emblems)

Guy power washed front of car after trip to Nashville (got 30mpg).

This is not because of the power wash. This is due to a bad batch of emblems from the manufacturer. Please contact whomever you ordered the emblems from so that they can be replaced for you under warranty.

Yes this was a very large scale issue that affected a big amount of emblems being shipped out. We are working with all of our customers to have them replaced under warranty. Glad I was able to save you some money!

Why the motivation to change emblems?
How will Kia ever get the recognition it deserves for producing this excellent car?

Is it safe to say that the Cooltrade emblems won't have this issue??

Actually it was Cooltrade 3.0K emblems that had the issue. However this was an isolated incident that affected a certain batch in the production process. They have since corrected the issue so to not have that problem in the future. This is one of the reasons that had caused the long delay and backorder.

That's KIAs marketing departments problem. The new badges look better and classier, and gets people asking.

They should just change the emblem and make a clever advertisement for TV/Newspaper/Billboards/etc...

And to OP, I don't let anyone touch my car. I hand wash my car twice a week, this thing never gets dirty haha. If anyone is going to screw up my paint, it's going to be me.

I like the look of the alternate emblems. Much classier IMO. My only issue is that some people confuse it as trying to clone a Kia into a Lexus. I must admit the design is similar. That is not my intention. If I wanted a Lexus, I would have bought one.

Yeah, I used to be that way. This cars already been damaged by previous owner so the pristineness has been lost unfortunately. It does need a good buffing though.
