CADENZA Welcome Packet

Hello All,
I just received in the mail today a CADENZA Welcome Packet. It has all the info you need to get roadside assistance and UVO eSERVICES Start Tips. in addition to all that, it has a very nice Black VIP Card with my client ID number, VIN number, and phone numbers. Great! However the card says at the top K900 CLIENT SERVICES 24 Hour Roadside Assistance, on the back, it reads K900 Assistance, your car will be towed to the nearest authorized K900 retailer.
I called KIA to see if this is the name of the roadside assistance program, or did they send me the wrong card, they could not answer my question on a Saturday, could I call back on Monday. Does anyone have any info on this.
Thanks for your replies in advance.
John:confused:

Sounds like they sent you the wrong packet for sure. When I got my 2015 Cadenza I received the Cadenza packet and my card specifies Cadenza on it.
I called KIA customer service today, gave them the "low down" representative said she was not a where of this CADENZA "welcome packet" , please give her a day to investigate this and she would get back to me in 24 hours. We keep you all in the loop with the results.
what card?

I got the same thing for my K900 as well.

However the preferred VIP line with Kia is the same number for both the Cadenza and the K900.

So most likely no difference between the two cards they send out.
Welcome Packet update: I did get a call back today from KIA Customer Care, ( I could not believe it ) anyway KIA Roadside Assistance Dept. has run out of the Black VIP CADENZA Cards at this time, that is why they sent me a card with the K900 logo.
As it turns out, the Cadenza and K900 has the same roadside assistance program.
