Anyone notice that the refreshed 2020 Cadenza is not available in the US? Kia.com only lists the 2019 as available, and local searches in my area show no 2020's (only 4 x 2019's within a 100 mile radius).

Shame, as the even newer refreshed 2021 Cadenza is looking promising.

It's going to be a delayed availability here in the US. Partly was already planned that way and now more so due to Covid delays. The videos of test drives (in Korea) showed a pretty impressive and much improved model. Personally, I'm still waiting on the 2020 style but want AWD and at least 350hp...most easily had from the stinger 3.5LTT. Not sure if this will ever happen but things have changed recently with other Kia/Hyundai platforms (FWD now offering AWD and the new Hyundai N line).

That is a rendering of what the future Cadenza may look like. Kia has not released it for sale here yet but Car and Driver has a nice write up on it.
Yeah, just a rendering based on the spy shots to date. I'm not convinced it's coming here at this point, with no 2020's available in the US.

There was a guy on the Facebook Cadenza group who claimed to be a dealer, and said that the '20s won't be coming to the US.

I just saw a local dealership has a 2020 Cadenza Limited on its lot for sale. I recognized the dealership, so the photos were taken there on their lot because I recognize the surroundings. Its brand new and discounted $9,900? I submitted an email asking for more info. It's the first I have seen of any 2020 Cadenza.

just stopped by the dealership this morning. It is in fact a 2020 Cadenza Limited. Odd there is no info on this model on KIA’s website.

Because I like my recently purchased 2017 SXL, thought I’d check to see what dealers within 100 miles of Orlando have in 2020’s, trading my other car. Very few. Four Technology and two or perhaps three Limited (depending on which search site I was using).
I’d want a “leftover” SXL (Limited). Just not available but if I do find one, I’ll see what I can do. (Unfortunately, my other car is running perfect and I’d have to fight my wife 😜😱).

My dealer just told me that 2020 is last year (more precisely, said no 2021’s)

in January, I may find an SX Limited I like and see if I can get it on a dealer trade. Would rather not travel any distance as my wife’s health not the best. My dealer says he can pick up using his own trailer. (All I got to do is pay extra for that service). Being here in Central Florida, he has picked up as far as West Coast, Northwest, and Northeast. Come mid January? I’ll see if the 2020 Limited’s that I like, are still available.

My 2017 SXL has something I like that I understand the 2018 and later does not have. 2017 has a CD player. While looking through our house, my wife found a bunch of my MP3 CD’s. (A few years ago, a tech savvy friend made up six MP3 CD’s, each one containing the content of six regular CD’s. - some more than six some less, depending on the size of the CD’s recorded). Decided to try the car CD player.
First played a regularCD Disc.
Then played a MP3 CD Disc.
Worked perfect.
Don’t tell me about thumb drives etc.
I know it exists but I’m too old for the technology.
Next week, I may make an offer on a 2020 SXL, trading my Regal. Yes, I know the 2020 does not have the Disc player but it (probably) has DRL that my 2017 does not have.

Very impressed with the Cadenza.
