...behind the wheel of a great car (so far!) Finally pulled the trigger (I'm in Tx...it's what we do) and brought home our new Bronze Metallic Cadenza on Monday. Can't drive it enough and after much deliberation and researching for over a month, with a few stop-ins on this forum as a ghost I might add, I've decided to join the Kia fold. Really looked hard at the SXL in the Kia family and the Honda(s) Accord/Acura TSX but on a whim took a gander at the Cadenza and was quickly swayed and am very pleased...hope to be saying that years from now!

Haha....Well a few of us do let that "twang speak" get the better of us. I'm along the I-35 corridor in New Braunfels. Had the requisite "truck in Texas" for years (F-150 to a Tundra for 17 years total) but with a new job opportunity a few years ago came a further commute and quite simply I wanted a little bit more luxury on my "6 songs on the ipod" drive to work. Think I made the right choice...

That's a beautiful car Coach. Trucks are cool, but there's nothing like a nice sedan to cruise along the highway. I've had my share of trucks, too. I hope to be driving mine along the I-20 near Tyler next year.

I dig the photos you posted...that bronze is really pretty on the Cadenza.

Thanks! I agree with the board on needing more choices, but Bronze was always my #1. Tyler is a great area. Some amazing HS athletes in that part of Texas as well (always have been!)

I am living in a bit of a high school football crazy Northern California town. Escalon won the California State High School Division III Football Championship in 2010. I think our coach, Mark Loureiro, is around 239-38-1 W/L, he's a great coach. We've actually done pretty well the past twenty years or so. It's getting time to get back to Tx, though. I've made a few trips back to reconnoiter in the past four or five years. In fact I was back to San Antone about three years ago and a year ago to see my (twin) grandsons graduate from BMT as Lackland. I really like Tyler in specific and the DFW metroplex in general. Cali is getting pretty crappy if you're not of a certain ilk...

Oh, and I really dig the bronze. That would be my second choice behind the Platinum Graphite. Very classy.
