Good question. I believe the album art displays if its plugged in via USB. But mine does not display using bluetooth streaming. :|
Album Art When Bluetooth Streaming?
I stream Spotify and Pandora via Bluetooth from my iPhone during my 3 hour per day commute. Album art would be good to see on the dash head display. Any ideas on how to display album art when BT streaming? Thanks.

It can only show when connected via USB. Album art cannot display when streaming from BT.
