I decided to do the map update.
Ordered it on the 7th Monday.
also paid for the 2day shipping
It is now 11th Friday and the order
hasn't even got to fed ex yet
It's still at mnsofts facility.
doesn't even show on fed ex
a delivery date.
Sent a message to mnsoft sales
asking them to refund my money
and keep the update since they
haven't sent it yet
submitting an order is a contract
so is selling me a product with a
2day delivery then not fulfilling
it. sounds like breach of contract
to me

The shipping will take 2 days, not the entire process. When it ships it should be to you by the 2nd day, that is FedEx, not mnsoft. If they are taking too long you can ask them to cancel, but the 2 day part was not for them.

It has been 4 days and the update hasn't even left the facility. hey their advertisement says 1-2 days to get the map update ready. I didn't expect it to be here in 2 days. They sent me a notice it would be here no later than Dec.10. Week end coming up and it will be a whole week before they will even ship. If it gets done by monday
Fed ex hasn't even received the order, how can it be their fault?
Got a phone call from mapnsoft saying they screwed up and would give me the 2 day shipping back, and a discount.

From what I remember that won't work, it's specific to VIN and wouldn't work in any other car.

update will not work in another car sh30469 is correct. someone tried it, no good.
would not do update again to much trouble for what I got. very little difference, if
you still had the first 2014 maps would be an update
and it took out all my presets and previous destinations

not this update but the last one I did, update wouldn't load. Called support and a tech. called me back.
Had me press some buttons in a certain order and then it loaded. Don't remember the keys to press
but shows there is a work around
