2017 Limited SXL...$34,750...wow

Did some autotrader lookups just for fun, seeing a couple Cadenza Limited SXL's going for $34750 asking price, NEW~! How is that possible?

Premiums with what looks like the tech package, (has analog clock not the digital) going for $27650, also NEW...that's crazy!
