If it does work, going to be an expensive upgrade. Parts alone, Airbag is likely anywhere from $900-1500 new, and if you pull it from a wreck, there's no guarantee it will work without going through a dealership to have it tested and perhaps even installed. Independent body shops (at least in some states) are not permitted to install safety restraints anymore, at minimum that is Airbags, at most it's bags and belts. They have to send it over to a dealership. So there's that one issue I can think of. Not to mention, likely noone has ever tried this, so it's not like you can be sure it would even work as you are accumulating the parts or the junkyard pull.
