2014 Kia Cadenza Smart Key - Reprogramming?

First off I didn't post this in the electronics section because I wanted a larger group of responses if at all possible.

We had a Cadenza for all of three months before it was totaled in a car wreck.

I kept both Smart Keys as my only thing left from the wreck and was wondering if I can sell them as I am sure they can be reprogrammed at a dealership for use with another Cadenza Owner.

Just wanted to see opinions of doing so before actually selling them.

yes they can be reprogrammed... my service department charges $80 for each reprogram. I would include the laser cut key with it but they are worth something.

to replace that entire fob and reprogram it, it runs about $400. I would say to sell it, you could ask about $250 each

From research it looks like the Cadenza can have 3 fobs programmed to it as well.

Can any problems arise when selling it for someone to reprogram it?
